1. Who we are

velmoraviatrix.com (PE) coordinates itinerary-first festival trips and may arrange related travel-related services through partners. Our details are in the footer.

2. What we provide

For each trip/itinerary, the selected offering page describes (as applicable):

• the itinerary and dates;
• accommodation (type and location, where available);
• transfers (where available);
• tickets to events (where available);
• any limitations, exclusions, or items not included.

We do not guarantee availability of third-party services. Confirmed inclusions for your booking are those stated on the order/confirmation for your selected trip.

3. Your order and pre-contract information

When you place an order/booking request for travel-related arrangements, this page provides pre-contract information consistent with Ukrainian consumer-distance contracting rules.

4. Distance-contract right to withdraw / cancel

If your travel-related arrangement is structured as a distance contract, applicable consumer withdrawal/cancellation rights may apply depending on the specifics of the service and timing. To the extent required by law, we provide information about cancellation/withdrawal terms on the offering/confirmation.

5. Fees, payment, and inclusions

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown exclude expenses not explicitly listed as included (for example, meals unless described, local transport, personal expenditures, travel documents, and optional excursions).

If a component is sold by a partner (e.g., venue tickets or hotel inventory), separate partner terms may apply. In such cases, we will provide what information we can before you confirm.

6. Cancellation and refunds (general)

Cancellation terms depend on the trip’s components and the partners’ rules. If you cancel, we will assess what portion can be refunded and communicate the outcome based on actual recoverable costs (where applicable).

Promised refunds are subject to: (a) non-recoverable partner costs; (b) deadlines stated for your selected offering; and (c) legal withdrawal/cancellation rights where applicable.

7. Changes and limits of responsibility

We may need to change itinerary details due to force majeure or factors outside our control (for example, venue schedule changes, transport disruptions, or partner availability). Where feasible, we will offer reasonable alternatives.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party delays, cancellations, or policy changes beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Ukrainian law.

8. Personal data and cookies

If you submit a lead/contact form or provide traveler details, we process personal data for trip coordination and related communications. We also use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for website functionality and analytics. Where required, we provide consent/control mechanisms consistent with Ukrainian personal data obligations.

If you use identifiers for analytics or marketing, those processing activities must be supported by the appropriate lawful basis and controls.

9. Advertising and truthful representation

Our marketing materials for organized festival trips must be accurate and must not mislead consumers about the organizer or services.
