Ticketing and Resale Disclosure
This page explains whether tickets are sold as primary tickets or through a reseller/resale-market model, and how ticket prices and any resale/aggregation fees may be presented.
1) Primary tickets vs. reseller/resale-market arrangements
- Primary tickets: Tickets are sold directly for the event by the ticket seller/organizer (or their direct authorized channel), and the price shown represents the primary sale price for the ticket.
- Reseller/resale-market tickets: Tickets are offered for sale through a reseller or marketplace arrangement. In this case, the ticket you purchase may be sourced from a third party, and the listed price may differ from the ticket’s original face value.
If a purchase flow for a specific festival/event uses a reseller/resale-market model, the price and any applicable service/handling or aggregation-related charges are shown during ordering (before you complete the purchase).
2) Ticket prices may be higher than face value
Ticket prices in reseller/resale-market arrangements may be higher than the ticket’s face value due to market factors and the resale arrangement. Any advertised price you pay is the amount shown at checkout for your selected ticket and quantity, including any applicable fees/charges that are disclosed to you before confirmation.
3) Fee/tax breakdown disclosures (resale/aggregation model)
Where our offering is structured as ticket resale and/or aggregation (including when tickets are procured via third parties), we provide the following in the ordering/confirmation information:
- The ticket price for the selected seat/entry (as displayed for your order).
- Any service, handling, delivery, platform, booking, or aggregation-related fees (if applicable), shown as separate line items or clearly identifiable components in the order summary.
- Any taxes/mandatory charges required to be included or disclosed in accordance with applicable Ukrainian rules (to the extent they apply to the transaction and are provided by our billing information).
Exact line-item presentation may vary by event, but the total amount payable and the main components are disclosed before you confirm the order.
4) Consumer information and legal references (Ukraine)
Our ticketing and, where applicable, related arrangements are presented with consumer information consistent with Ukrainian consumer and e-commerce rules. For distance-contract-related arrangements (where applicable), consumer rights and information are provided in accordance with Ukrainian law.
